  Welcome Scott to SacYakkers. Dan Laws is definitely into fast fitness paddleing. Check with him for routine fast paddling on Natoma. Join us at Clementine paddle coming up next weekend...about 7 miles, but on a leisure pace. If Dan comes, you guys can sprint to end and back while we get ready!

  Thanks, Scott! You were awesome and very patient (as was everyone else)! That really helped - believe it or not I was very nervous when I came. By the end of the ride tho...well, I'm ready for more!
