Welcome Carolyn - I can relate to why we are overweight. Kathy and I have been meeting for a while and have lost some weight (I'm down about 50 lbs) by being accountable so we welcome someone who understands. We are looking to move the meeting place to Raleigh so it's more convenient and had plan to confirm a new place at Sunday's meeting. Will look forward to meeting you! Anything is possible if you have a plan and you work it (like I know what I'm taking about - LOL) Take care - Eileen
Carolyn, thanks for joining Triangle Pranic Healing Meditation group. I look forward to seeing you soon...hopefull
y you'll be able to make it tonight. Peace and blessings, Susan
HI Carolyn, I have been totally out of the grove lately. But, with mono in the past, I was wondering if the billiards group is still meeting. Desparately ready to get out of the house again!!!

Hi Carolyn-Sorry we missed you last night. Hope to see you at another workshop. Have a great day! -Sarah
Hey Carolyn-Welcome
to the group. Im glad you found us. We all have stuggles, which is why I wanted to have a group like this so we can support each other and come out the end of our hurts and find true joy. I look forward to meeting you.

Welcome Carolyn--we're glad you decided to join us.
I'll be glad to send directions to my house. Please email me. See you soon!
Carolyn,
Thanks for sharing! I'm really glad your son is demonstrating a willingness to admit his addiction and seek help. That is such a valuable first step. I'll keep you in mind these next few days. Stay strong!
Welcome Carolyn! I look forward to meeting you at a future meetup event!
Hi Carolyn
I am sorry to hear about your sons' struggles. Unfortunately, the Living in Balance group is a group for those struggling with substance abuse/addiction
. I have not yet established a support group for family members. It is common to want to blame someone or even yourself when you see someone you love struggling with substance abuse. Overwhelming emotions can make us feel out of control and unbalanced just like alcohol or drugs. Remember to take care of yourself. There is hope.
