  Hi Elizabeth,
  It is great to hear from another Aussie. I am from Darwin NT but now married to an Texan and living in Deer Park Houston. The one thing I miss the most is Aussie food, like Paw Paw salad and satay and good old fashion lamb chops on the BBQ.
