  hi kathy, it was great day and so nice to meet all of you!

  i made two salads, pasta and greens. the pasta salad: whole grain whole wheat pasta with broccoli, sun dried tomatoes, olive oil and fresh garlic. the greens: kale, romaine, cucumber, tomotoe, blueberries, granny smith apple, dried figs, dried mango, walnuts, blue cheese, fresh squeezed lime juice, the water from the soaked sun dried tomatoes and olive oil.

  i THINK that's all that was in it :-)

  I am sorry, kathy, I didn't notice you are from New Albany. Get on 265 and follow it all the way to the Charlestown exit, follow HWy 62 until you get to the park on your right.

  Mc Donalds is easy to find, exit 0 off of I-65n and you are looking at it. Charlestown State park is easy also. Take the 2nd exit off I-65n and just follow that road, the Park is on your right at the crest of a hill after you pass Charlestown.
