  Hi Riley, I plan to be there tonight and will be bringing my tablet with me. I too have been disappointed with the touchscreen performance. Sometimes it just quits working, until I bring up a menu. I have attributed it to using prerelease software.

I have been checking out the EverNote app,load OK on our Android projector but asked for login & password,not sure how that will work since the projector does not connect to the internet. I will try and bring our demo projector next month,3M might be looking for groups to write apps for it,but ned to check proper channels. You said you had a 350 Honda, 2 cylinder? I know they made a tricked out version with 4. Post a pic here of it if you get a chance. Best Sean

  Hi Riley, Thanks for Windows 8 presentation tonight. After the meeting, I went down to Fry's and picked up an Acer Iconia Tab W500. I have Windows 8 downloading now and will load it up in the morning.

  Hey Riley, Thanks for reaching out.

  What types of applications does W8 lend itself to. What types of applications will be the most innovative and fun. I understand W8 focuses on tablets primarily.
  I am not currently a coder. I like the idea of "ease of development" but I am more the business development and less of the coding. I would be using this meet up to stay current on the technologies and look for individuals that are trying to commercialize a product they are developing.
