  This morning I was doing my plantar exercises and realized there was a good one I had not shown you! Maybe I could show you sometime via dropping by REI? There are also some fine points to show about a couple of the other exercises I showed you at the picnic!

  Hey! I wanted to let you know, I didn't fall off the face of the earth or even Mt. Ellinor for that fact. haha I got a job working 50 hrs a week and can't do hikes during the wk anymore. I did go to Muir and glissade! :) Ran into Jim at S. Bay Pub. Looking forward to seeing everyone again. Maybe a wkend hike! :)

  Hi Regina! Well, that was a short summer wasn't it?! Guess we'll have to start thinking about snowshoeing again! I might be interested in joining your book club this fall/winter. I just finished 'Even Silence has an End' By Ingrid Betancourt. She was held hostage by FARC rebels in Columbia for six and a half years! What she went through...was unbelievable. Leaving for NY State this Saturday for eight days. Should be somewhat warm still back there. Hope you had a fun summer!

  Hi Regina: Jim and I would love to expand the Marmot Pass meetup to be two groups of eight hikers. One would be the relaxed group that hike up to the pass for lunch and amble back. One would be the overachievers. that go beyond the pass another 900 feet up to the top of Buckhorn Mountain before turning around. I've asked Laura and Sandy if they will be event hosts with the relaxed group? Jim and I would still to the meetup logistics. Would you be willing to do this if one cannot?

  Hi Regina! How's your summer going so far? Maybe I'll join your book club at some point...I've been reading a lot of good books...novels, history etc. Is your group interested in reading any of the classics? ( Harriet Beecher Stowe, Hemingway, Melville, Tolstoy, Jane Austin etc.) See you!
