  Amanda, Cesar Milian, the dog whisperer, is going to be at the Majestic on Dec. 8. The tickets are very expensive -- starting at $47 and going up to more than $200 -- but if someone is a big fan of his, they might think it's worth it. I have a party that night and couldn't go anyway.
