  Hey Andrew-- I'll surf anytime there are waves (I've got a 4/3 suit and booties). Sadly, the last time I went out (NJ shore) the were only 1' waves (this back at the tail end of the summer). What is the best time to surf around here?

  Yep, it's a T-board. I'm always trying to find ways to mimic snowboarding during the off season. You definitely don't see many around, for sure.
