  Hi Kat! How are you? How is Vegas treating you? Had to stop Val's Zumba class (ugh) I twisted my knee and now need therapy a few times a week. Doc says no Zumba for about 2 months. I wasn't happy at all to hear that! When I return, I will be checking out the other Zumba classes. We have so many new ones. Remember Carl? He has a new place he's training at here in RC. Starting a newZumba class. I miss you!! Are you going to be at the 5K again next month at Arrowheard? I'll be there just to walk.
