Hi Allison,
The closest CTA is the Red line Sheridan (one stop after Addison). If you are coming from Brown line, switch to the red line at Belmont and it's the 2nd stop. From the Sheridan Red line stop it's about 4 blocks East towards the lake and one blk N to Irving park. Not sure if there's anything direct from Logan Sq. But the 36 Broadway bus to Irving Pk., and the Irving Park bus to Broadway get you very close.
