  Apologies, I did not see the greeting message with your question. I have been leading hikes for the Nassau Hiking and Outdoor Club for the last 10 years. Their website is www.NassauHiking.org. Yes I know of the Suffolk Skidaddlers, a few of my friends in NHOC are also members of the Skidaddlers. I hear they are quite an active and energetic group. I was an avid skier a 10 years ago but no longer.

  Hey Pam there is a class in Mineola that I took on Jericho Tpke. Linda took it too , It was quite high Impact you may like that one. We were going with the majority of the people it was our first class so we wanted to be sure not to intimadate people . I hear from Many people that they take one class and never come back. I would like to invite you back again at another time. You need to take a class with Tanya Beardley when ever you find her around she will knock your socks off. Keep Rockin
