Hey Kim, what is an CAS certification, and what conservation degree program are you in, and where? Just curious :)
-
I don't have anything to compare it to. We do take in a lot of animals, especially during baby season which is now. We get in a variety of animals: squirrels, opossum, raccoons, skunks, fox, coyotes, sometimes river otters, bobcats, and a variety of birds, particularly hawks and owls. The volunteers either take care of the animals & their cages or help with building/fixing things, depending on their preference and skills (and how busy we are with the animals). Almost outa space now.

Hi Kim,
I volunteer at AWARE (Atlanta Wild Animal Rescue Effort). It's sort of near where we did the tree-climbing. Their website is www.awareone.or g. We always need volunteers if anyone is interested.Sharon

Hey Kim, I'll post some tree-climbing pics when I download them from my camera. That was a fun outing!
