I developed a new approach to formulate and execute strategies. It complements nicely the Lean Canvas. I'd be happy to show how it works on someone's strategy (or a competitor's strategy). The main difference (and complementarity
) with the Lean Canvas is the use of a "dynamic" view which provides additional insight into the strategy. If no one has a strategic question, I can show how it works on Amazon's strategy. 60 minutes of practice is enough to learn how to apply it yourself. -
