Arpa is a Spanish tapas restaurant on the corner of Trade and Church and it's awesome! They have a great deal on the 1st Wednesday of the month, 6 tapas and 6 wines for $12 - the wine pours are decent size, the tapas are just a couple bites and a tease, but it's a decent price!!
