I have a veteran friend who is currently in Guam. Would she be eligible to take the trip on the sailing trip, in Sept, if she is if currently in Guam. I hope so. She has definitely served in the countries of "choice." If she is eleigible, would she be able to be reimbursed with her cost from Guam? -
