  How are you? It's been a while! I've decided to leave the group because I haven't attended a walk for a couple of years now... I mainly walk for exercise due to my back problems and find it easier to do so in smaller groups. Both Donu and I really enjoyed walks with you!   I hear about this group from a friend and I wanted to ask you if I could post this walk opportunity to some of my program participants? I work for the Howard Brown Health Center and we have been trying to promote more walking opportunities for people to get active and I think this one would be great!
