  I also live in the Antelope area. I have been reading, going to classes at Whole Foods, and Sacto Nat Food Co-op to learn about raw, live, organic life style. I have a problem with adhereing to it, mostly because of no support at home. I do feel much better when I do adhere to eating this way.
