  Sheldon, Elijah and I want to welcome you to Waking Down Baltimore and to our home for meet-ups. Everyone attending the Sitting works together to create a safe, friendly space to go deep.
  We provide light fare and usually a filling meal. Sometimes Pie! Let us know if you have any dietary concerns. We provide many gluten free options.
  Minnie, our sweet cat, likes to do the sitting with us - visiting different laps throughout the meeting.
