  Hey Steve, the place that has duck fetus is called "Long An" and it's in the abc supermarket area @ the corner of magnolia and bolsa. You pretty much have to buy it live though and cook it yourself at home...nothing too hard, just bring to a boil and let rest. My ma said there's no place around here that actually serves it to you.
