Thanks Theresa! How are you two doing? Do you still go to the M&D meetups? Any recent travels? :)
When I spoke to Paul on Saturday I had just sent the email for the Thai cooking class. She got back to me and both Stan and I are registered. I have sent a cheque. We also have a friend, Steve, who might be interested. We will find out when he is back from vacation on Sunday. So please let Paul know that Stan is going. Thanks for telling me about this. See you there, Catherine
Hi Theresa: I thought I'd revive your initial discussion about a cooking class now that I picked up the latest LCBO educational program guide. The Rideau St. location offers classes every Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. I plan to attend on July 29 for the "Vegetarian A-List" class and/or August 5 for the "Signature Berries" dessert class. Sessions are a tad expensive ($50) but are taught by renowned chefs so are probably worth the price. Would you and Paul be interested?
Finally you are in a meeting, I missed you Theresa and Paul! See you on Thursday!!
Hi, Thresa and Paul. Thank you so much for the wonderful party. I loved your food and house! what a great taste you have! Hope to see you soon.
Thanks again for your hospitality.
Hi Theresa! Thanks for a fabulous potluck tonight. Would you be able to email me your son's email address - the one who was in Australia for a while? Thanks and see you soon, I hope!
Theresa, regarding movie choice on Thurs., June 5:
"Stone Angel" (8) is only at the Bytowne for now - it's excellent, especially female members should appreciate it - but it's not on at a suitable time; "Then She Found Me" (6) with Helen Hunt is interesting but kind of a depressing chick flick; "Fugitive Pieces" (8) is also very good - but I don't think we need another Holocaust film so soon; "The Happening" begins June 13; "The Visitors" I've heard bad things; "Married Life" (7.5) is good ...
Hi, Theresa and Paul. Thanks for the nachos on Thursday night! I found out the movie title you were talking about. "Waking Ned Devine", story about an old man in a small Irish village died after won a lottery. It was pretty good movie.
