“ Great way to get to work out, let your kids get some fresh air and having fun interacting with Mom working out. What a fun way for them to be involved with counting, saying/learning the ABC's, singing and just getting some exercise with Mom. Then when we are all done they get to go play on the playground, if you have time anyway. ”
