Hi Angela, I'd like to thank you for all the runs and talks we had about running it was a big support through out my traning and it paid off huage today on my first Marathon on September, 2010 I was running about 6 miles (new runner) and today I ran my first 26.2 miles Marathon today my goal was any thing under 4:00 and I came in at 3:59.06 thank you and Arkady very much. I'm also wondering how you did on your Catalina Marathon. Thanks again and have a great day. CHUY.
