  Great to hear from you.. Yes, that was a really fun run and i had one of those really good days were I felt strong... I'm fighting achillies tendonitus right now but I hope to be back to at least jogging in August. I want to run a half marathon in November. I'm looking forward to joining the Los Gatos Creek trail runs soon
