“ Hi Martine, nice to hear from you. Yes, Pieter-Dirk Uys is the most amazing person! You can usually meet him just by attending any of his shows. He almost always stays to talk to audience members afterwards; he collects donations for local AIDS charities in South Africa and gives beautiful handmade beaded red-ribbon pins made by South African women to help support the charities. I wear one on my winter coat and cherish it. Enjoy the show, and let me know how it goes! --Polly ”
