  “ Cesar, with a team like that it better be in A ball....I want to equalize the teams like we did with the UCP to give the teams a fighting chance. As is, we will be playing each other as we have 6 teams in BB level....but if the team you are suggesting stands it would have to be an A team. What do you think? ”
