  Sorry I cancelled my rsvp this week for I heart stairs and need for speed at the beach.

  I did however book running legend Jeff Galloway to Road Runner Sports on the night of the 25th of January at 5;30 just in case anyone doesn't feel like doing their regular 6PM run and wants to go for a few miles with Jeff!
