  Hi Allison, I'm going to be out of town until late Monday night so Tuesday might be a stretch. I'm sure we are going to be a little out of sync and off schedule after this first weekend with Brad and Parker at home alone ;) I've been looking at all the different events and am eager to dive right in once our visitors leave and we're back on a "normal" schedule.

  So sorry to hear u r getting an injection today. Haven't had the pinniformis one. Hope it's not worse than facet injections. Please let me know if I can do anything to help. The pilates with equipment sounds fun. We will have to try it sometime. Fell better!

  Hi Allison,
  thanks for your sweet message :) I had bilateral sub occipital nerve blocks done yesterday. It stinks! I'm usually in pain for about 36 hrs afterwards before the medicine really kicks in. How are you doing? Would love to catch up. I'm headed to the pilates class downtown @ 12:15 tomorrow if u r interested.... If not perhaps Friday am first thing. We could walk the track or just bike. Something easy :)

  Hi Allison - Thanks for putting this group together! We lived in Arlington, then moved to Orange VA for 5 years before finally getting all the way back to C'ville. We won't be able to participate in the group events this week due to travel schedules, but do look forward to participating in the future!
