  Thank you for the greeting :) So now after doing much research I think I may be toward the end of perimenopause rather than at the beginning and have messed 2 periods. The biggest problem I dislike is the mood swings. I'm going to try a B complex hopefully that will help. I look forward to meeting you as well :)

  Thank you for making me feel welcome and I perhaps should have stayed longer to meet the other women. However, I felt somewhat uncomfortable by the coolness of the other woman I met. She obvious wasn't interested in having me join your group. I hope the other women were more hospitable. It was awkward.
