“ Hi there. When I talked to a ranger he said you just need to have enough upper body strength to assist yourself on a rope. No technical climbing skills required. Romi, who is signed up to go called also and they told her that its not like a rope in gym. The rope is there to help climb up slippery surfaces. Hope this helps.
