  hosting potlucks has both wonderful moments along with some challenges. I met a lot of people on the path to greater health through eating more raw, whole and organic foods. There is also a yahoo group for the big island http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/... Check it out.

  My son has been 100% raw from birth. He's doing great other than some recently discovered cavities. Arggghh! He's 5 and going strong. :)
