  Karen, To answer your question the answer is yes. If your ISO is 100 the Metadata should reflect 100. Try setting your ISO at different values, take a photo and check your metadata. This will tell you if they are all reporting incorrectly or just at 100. Unless it corrects itself the camera will need servicing. It may be a reporting problem, or an ISO issue, where it is shooting at a different ISO than you have the camera set for.
