  I hope you had a good run tonight. I actually did attend tonight's run. I started at 6:15 pm from Science World and ran once around the loop. I guess no one saw me so i am counted as a no show but I did show up. Next time I will be more prompt!

  I just signed up and got your welcome message (Thanks!). I've joined the False Creek run at 9:30 am this Saturday. I was planning on just keeping pace with everyone else, but I've never run with other people before, so if you think having a running buddy is better then I'm up for it.

  Hi Jerry, I see that you were asking for anyone interested in leading a beginner's running group. I started running for the first time about 2.5 months ago, and kept regular practice. I can run up to 6-7 K somewhat comfortably, now. I'd like to lead a small group (up to 10) of beginners to run somewhere in New West (preferably) or South Burnaby, once or twice a week.

  Hey! OK so should we set up the Friday night runs from Terra Breads at 6pm? If that works I will post them starting in the new year. Mary thought it was a great idea and has been trying to fit in an extra run.
