  • Hi Patrick! Your sweats are always amazing from what I've experienced!. Thanks for reaching out and I was really bummed that I missed the sweat this time. A day of paintballing with a group of teenage boys and girls left a bunch of us injured. I will definitely not go paintballing before the next sweat.
