  Andrea and I are in SoCal today thru Aug 1st for an health and CrossFit symposium. The Womble Park Bootcamp group is continuing the regular schedule with Tanya (40ish Red Head) is in charge this week -she is a great Lady who has been with us a long time and seen incredible results!
  You can also wait a week until Andrea returns beginning Tuesday 2nd. Either way call Andrea with any questions. Have a great week and see you soon!

  You are more than welcome to come to any Meetups that you are able to attend. There is not finite commitment to this group or to any particular Meetups. All Meetups will cost $10 per session unless otherwise stated. We are in the process of determining the location for our first Meetup, which is this Saturday, July 16th at 9:00am. Location will be finalized and posted on Tuesday.
