  .......i canceled the rehabbing of the unit sceduled for
  today, until i talk to the sales director who sent the
  repairing contractor to FIX my unit.........as you
  suggested........i want a BRAND NEW unit that is in top working
  order.........hope it works because he did say that they wanted
  to MAKE ME HAPPY AND SATISFIED AT PEIRCE -PHELPS
