Kayaking for four years, I have taken instruction on Safety and Rescue, Forward Stroke, Strokes and Maneuvers and Rough /Open Water Paddling. I paddle a sea kayak and recreational kayak. I like to paddle the Navesink, Shrewsbury & Manasquan Rivers.
