  Hi Maryam - It was nice meeting you at Real Food Daily last weekend. By the way, I concur with Ryan regarding Sarah Kramer's cookbooks; they are very versatile, relatively simple, and quite creative. I have "La Dolce Vegan", and she also wrote two books with Tanya Barnard several years ago, entitled "How it all Vegan" and "The Garden of Vegan". I use all three books often for interesting entrees, appetizers (good for parties/potlucks), and baked goods, including nice breads and desserts.
