  No worries Lora. Now I know. It was fun! Maybe next time you can explain to me about the intervals. I think the weather was better this time than last week, not as cold, but still cool enough to have a good jog/run :)

  I think the Alcatraz swim will be fun...My family and I will be staying in a hotel in SF because of the 6am start on Saturday. I have not booked that yet will let you know. Here is the info on the Sept swim I was telling you about. I only know see they swim at Beal's Point and not at Lake Natomas....not sure it that will be a fun swim in the shallow water of Folsom Lake!
