  “ Dear Mercedes,
  I attended a "wag your tongue" meeting last night. Several of us felt there must have been some math error in dividing up the bill. After an indignant response from Yuliana, the organizer, I spoke with the restaurant owner directly and discovered we were grossly overcharged by Yuliana. I don't expect I will ever see a refund. Please send me an email, or let me know who I can contact to send the details. I'd like to prevent this from happening again. Thank you.
