  •  Where is the boot camp and how much? I really would love to do it! Also, I'm looking to switch my protein drink to something more leaner. I have been using muscle milk light (which is 190 calories and 25 g per serving), but might switch to like lean body for her or something. Any suggestions?

  •  Well as far as personal training goes, I haven't found a place to train people or clients thus far. I have trained for about 2 1/2 years in Austin, for the UT gym which was great because it had the clientele of a corporate gym but none of the cons. So I'm pretty much looking for a private personal training studio because I think it's more beneficial to the client opposed to the big corporate gyms. As far as training myself, I workout at Gold's Gym in Uptown. What about you?

  •  Gene, Thanks...and very nice to get to know you. I'd love to get a personal trainer again, but can't afford it as of yet. I know it makes me work out harder, smarter and better. How is your business going? I'll look for you at other events....Debra
