    You can do many things with your Macademia nuts. if you crush them, you can springle on a mixed green salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The remaining can be used to coat a white fish (cod is best). You need to put a little salt and peper on the fish, dip in white flour, then in one beated egg. Finally coat it with the nuts (and some crushed non sweeten corn flake, optional to make it crispy). Put it in the oven 400 degrees or pan fry for 15 minutes (both side).
