  hey, apologies for last night, i actually couldnt find it sadly... although i know where it is now. i actually thought it was opposite the salvation army building, so behind the mews... but that was a church of some sort. as it turns out i was exceptionally close typically

  like i say, i havent been in southend for a number of years now... will come along to the next one for sure though

  hey there, thanks very much for the welcome, i live in central southend, literally round the corner from the meet so will be there for sure. have only just touched back down in southend, so maybe not next week, but the week after for sure. also, having only just moved back to the area... and given the nature of some of the games you're playing... know of any local role play groups you can put me on to, or anywhere i can go ask?

  Heya, yes, good to see that you guys now meet on nights that are easier for me to reach :) of course my March is crazy busy so doubt it will be a while before I turn up but hope to be there eventually!

  Yes you are jaykay2009. The new look Yucata takes a bit of getting used to but it's fairly intuitive. I've started a practice game a guy in US who is a pretty good player at most games and also an accountant and pike fisherman! Hows that for coincidence? It's going well so far. Really enjoying it. I've won one state, lost one state, & have positioned myself to win another but could lose Florida which is a biggy with 27 votes!I'll probably have the games on the other PC this afternoon.

  There's a new game up on Yucata called Campaign Manager 2008. It's a bit Twilight Struggle-ish but is based on Obama/McCain election. Looks highly tactical but is essentially a turn based card game.
  Dying to give it a go. I've sent you an invite to a non-scored, pre-constructed deck version. Rules aren't that long or difficult to read. Hope you accept.

  Replied to your text this morning. Yes, Tuesday should be fine and is probably better as that allows an extra day for the dreaded supermarket shopping.
