Thanks for contacting me, I really appreciate it. I've been keeping up with you. This winter has been especially hard for me. Buddha's doing great though, and I have been taking him places. I'm going to meet up with you soon now that the weather is better. Thanks againn!, Carol
Hello i recieved your email on my not coming to a couple of scheduled meetings, im very happy with this group, the locations are far for me to attend, when the meet ups are nearer to me i will attend. Also the only income i have is SSRD once a month, so money is very tight, cant eat out much or use to much gas. Thank you for caring, and i hope to belong to this group for long time! Did anyone read my reply in the Pet Expo thread? I would like to do Sat 12th 8am-11am, more questions in the thread
My grand daughter is 6 and suffers from Tuberous Sclerosis Comples. It is a genetic disease that causes tumors to form in vital organs. She has brain tumor and brain lesions and has seizures as a result. She is also developmentally disabled. Miles ( her service dog) was trained to teather to her, and keep her close when walking in public. Hopefully after bonding with her, he will be able to dectect her seizures. We were just on the local news in Ind. and also CNN showed the piece .
i would love to but i am afraid i lve in texas... i found this group attached to a facebook post.
Hi, I know you had to make a hard choice today. Or not;) But I just wanted to thank you for looking out for our paws aid group! You are a great leader!
I am very glad to find you. Dog training is my life, I love it. Really, it is so simple when done systematically, with everything broken down to the smallest components. My dogs love to learn new things, and we constantly add to our repertoire. Apparently, the universe believes it is my life's purpose to share the joy with other people.
Having friends, allies, and supporters from a local service dog community would be a most welcome addition to my life.
I greatly appreciated all of the time that you spent to answer my questions. It made me feel good to know that I am not alone in this difficult time in my life. Looking forward to our next meeting!
Thank you -- I look forward to meeting you! I'm planning on coming to the meetup today and may bring our youngest member of PawPADs -- a 13 week old golden/lab -- she has been to malls, meetings, etc. but NOT to a restaurant yet. See you there!
