  “ Skype is program you can down load from their web site and then you can make phone calls even interantional at no charge to you or whoever you are calling provided that both of you have "Skype" that is the program. You can go to their site which I believe is skype.com and down load it or you can google it and go to their site. I am surprise you don't know about it...I call Italy several times a week and they call me too from Italy at no charge...it works very ”
