  • Hi, Catherine. I just wanted to let you know (as ledger of the prompt group ) that i didn't make it this evening because I was in the ER getting a broken foot fixed up. I'll try to make it next time.

  • Hi, Catherine. Your creative writing exercise event sounds intriguing. I speak on creativity, too, and have produced a documentary on the subject. I won't be able to make the Feb 8 event, but would like to connect. (I'm in Evanston.) Please email through my website. stevenfischer.net ~Steven

  • i just want to add, because i'm excited to be part of this group, already my writing has improved with the support and inspiration i've gotten so far, that i don't mean to say that the review nights are a waste of time. i really do think, though, everyone could get the same good out of it, if everyone didn't have to respond to everyone. i almost think i'll spend more time reading others things than working on my own, and i don't have time for that! i just hope you can consider these ideas.

  • i had a great idea, and debbie isn't answering me on it. a few of us have talked and want the review nights to be streamlined and more worthy of our evenings. why not: set it up so that each writer picks three people to review their work. and when their time comes, only these three choice reviews are said. another idea was to adamantly enforce that no grammatical mistakes will be discussed. i heard it was supposed to be that way, but to say it every review night would do a ton of good.
    good?

  • Hi there, I will be attending this coming weeks session(6/22) and was informed that the regular moderator may be late. As such, I would be more than happy to moderate the session and provide prompts. Please let me know if this will be acceptable. Thanks!
