I actually work directly across the street from Evolution! The food is great. They have an everyday menu, but I prefer the specials that change every few days. There is this really yummy tart they serve with a garlic sauce. . . I've been to Bela once. Northampton is great for vegetarians. Most restaurants have vegetarian options. How about you? Is there anything out where you live?
