  Vicky, I have been riding for 2 1/2 years now. Related to Lance Armstrong? LOL He wouldnt even adopt me...ha ha. You will be fine on Sunday, not to worry. I was surprised at how quickly I progressed with biking...you will too!

  Welcome Vicky! It seems we have quite a few people scattered everywhere, so I'll work on getting a good idea of where to have future workouts. For now, they'll be in Rancho as it seems to be in the middle for everyone. I eventually would like to have one in Rancho and another in Riverside. Hope you can make it to our first one.
