  Happy holidays.
  I'd love to contribute. I joined your group to do good for others. I'm especially interested in helping programs that help troubled youth. I can explain about kundalini yoga & reiki. However, both reiki & kundalini yoga are best learnt by experience. A picture is worth 1000 words & an experience is worth 1000 pictures.
