If you want your dog to be great in the city & with all people I would adopt an older dog (1-2yrs) that is ultra-friendly to ALL people and not sensitive/fearful of sounds of weird sights (bags, umbrellas, etc..) OR get a pup at about 8-12 weeks and IMMEDIATELY enroll in a puppy class and bring them everywhere to meet people of all ages, races and personalities. ”
