MENSPEAK Men's Group (London) Pages

Kenny has been running groups since the early 1990s both in Sydney (mixed) and in London (18+ men). "Each group is different. We generally have a laugh and uncover something to allow us to be more passionate, purposeful and powerful in our daily lives. Open Groups are a good introduction, though we often go deeper and stuff shifts for one, or all. Closed Groups take us closer, where familiarity and openness builds trust. Saying that, the recent Open Groups have not been shy of getting in there!"

Kenny creates the space for the groups and facilitates when really necessary, though the groups are run by - and are all about - you. "Us. I started running the groups so that men could hang out with other men openly, honestly, personally and safely; without the pressure to compete, perform or enter the pecking orders. Good clean depth, with awareness and without giving attention to anything or anyone but ourselves, authentically showing-up in our own lives. I take part and participate as much as the next man. Or maybe the man next to him!"

n.b. This is not a therapy group, not an encounter group, not a w*nk group or a place to pick up men for sex, not a group for or against men or women, not a religious or spiritual group, not a political group, not a group of anything apart from whatever the men present make it.

Disclaimer: All activities are undertaken entirely at the participant's own risk. No responsibility will be taken and no compensation discussed for loss or injury. By taking part, each participant accepts full responsibility for his own safety and well being. (If in doubt, please seek professional advice before participating). May the force be with you.
